I'm sure you will maintain your motivation to do the reduced sugars and changed foods, which would for me be the HARDEST THING.
It's really changing a LIFETIME of our familiar eating habits. If everybody around you can adapt, that will make it so much easier!
And I hope you get to do some water sports things that you love!

Start the kisquali, repeat labs and eggs every 2 weeks for 2 mos then monthly, can cause what's called QT Lengthening which is the time it takes your ventricle to reset which electrically can cause bad arrhythmia.
They also want me to do the bone density infusions every 6 mos as it can also cause osteoporosis even though my dexa was normal. The reasoning is studies are showing less recurrence in patients that have them. I certify dont want dusty bones so I guess I'm doing that too.
